For people who sell websites to local businesses

Turn up with the website already built.

SitesGen finds the businesses near you whose website is dead, broken or embarrassing, builds each one a finished site from their own photos and reviews, and writes the pitch. You send it — and get paid to make it theirs.

One scan, one finished site, one design review. No card kept on file for the trial.

A barbershop website generated by SitesGen: bold capitals, a price board, the shop's own photographs

Nine sites, nine trades, one afternoon.

Every site comes from one of ten design languages drawn by hand — real typography, real layouts, real colour systems. These are example businesses; the pages are exactly what the app renders, untouched. For a real business the words come from its own reviews and the photos from its own Google listing. Click any of them.

Three steps. You do the last one.

Cold outreach fails because you are asking a stranger to imagine something. This shows them instead.

  1. Step 1

    Name a neighbourhood

We look at every business in it, check the website each one has — missing, dead, broken on phones, ten years old — and rank the opportunities. Chains and mall units are filtered out. You pick who to build for.

  2. Step 2

    The site gets built

From their own Google photos and reviews, their menu or price list, their logo. One of ten hand-drawn design languages, chosen for the trade. No two in a neighbourhood look alike. Minutes, not days.

  3. Step 3

    You send the pitch

A message written for email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn or the doorstep, with the live link in it. They see their own business looking the way it should. You take the call and name your price.

The pitch writes itself. Literally.

It names what is broken, quotes their own rating, and links to the site that already exists. No “I hope this finds you well”. You read it, change a word if you want, and send it from your own email or WhatsApp.

  • Written per channel: email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, in person
  • Only facts it can see — never an invented award or number
  • Edit anything before you send

Hi,

I tried opening cutthroatbarbers.com.au a few times this week and nothing loads. Anyone who Googles you, sees 4.9 stars from 640 reviews, then taps the website link ends up at a blank page. On a Saturday morning that's a chair sitting empty.

So I built you a working one. It's live to look at here:
sitesgen.com/examples/lowline-bone-signal

Every cut priced up front, the three chairs, walk-ins when one's free — the things people actually check before they come in. It uses your own photos from Google.

Have a look and tell me what's wrong with it.

A dollar to see it work.

One client pays for a year of either plan. The trial is a one-off payment and does not turn into anything.

Questions people ask first.

Who is this for?+

Anyone who wants to sell websites to local businesses without spending a week on each pitch — freelancers, small studios, people starting a side business. You do not need to code. You need to be able to send a message and take a call.

What exactly do I get for a business?+

A finished, mobile-ready website built from the business's own Google photos and reviews, with their menu or price list when one can be found; a public link to it; and a pitch written for email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and in person. You review it, edit anything you like, and send it.

Where do the businesses come from?+

You name a neighbourhood. We look at every business in it on Google Maps and OpenStreetMap, check each one's website — missing, dead, broken on phones, visibly out of date — and score the opportunity. Chains and shops inside malls are filtered out. You see a ranked list and pick who to build for.

Is it my site or theirs?+

Yours until they say yes. The pitch link is a preview. When a business becomes your client you decide the price, and you can edit the site with them — words, photos, logo, colours — from inside the app. On Pro, their site gets a working contact form and the enquiries land in your inbox.

Do the sites look generated?+

No, and this is the whole point. Every site comes from one of ten hand-built design languages — real typography, real layouts, real colour systems — and no two sites from the same neighbourhood are allowed to look alike. The examples above are the app's own rendering of demo businesses, untouched.

What happens after the $1 trial?+

Nothing automatic. The trial is a one-off payment for seven days, one scan, one site, one design review. If you want to keep going you pick a plan; if not, it simply ends. Nothing you built disappears.

Is cold outreach allowed?+

Rules differ by country. We only ever use contact details a business publishes itself, and every message is shown to you before it goes anywhere — you send it, from your own accounts. Whether you may is your call, and we say so in the app.

Your next client is a scan away.
