About us
One dog at a time, never in a rush
Kate opened Scrub & Scamp in 2016 after ten years grooming for other people. We only book one dog at a time, so nobody waits in a cage.
Nervous dogs and old dogs get extra time and as many breaks as they need. We will tell you honestly how it went.

Bath & brush
from £30A good wash, blow dry and brush out between full grooms.
Puppy intro
£20A gentle first visit to get used to the sounds, the table and us.
Pack walk
£15An hour on the Downs, four dogs at most, picked up and dropped home.

Before you book
Do you groom nervous dogs?+
Yes. We book extra time, go slowly and stop if they are too stressed.
How long does a groom take?+
Two to three hours for most dogs. We will text you when they are ready.
Do they need vaccinations?+
Yes, please bring proof of up-to-date vaccinations on the first visit.
