Terms of service
Last updated 12 September 2026
These are the terms on which SitesGen is offered. They are short because the product is simple: it helps you find local businesses, builds them a website, and writes your pitch. What you do with that is your responsibility.
The service
You get access to the app for the plan you have paid for, with the limits shown at the time of purchase (sites, design reviews, scans). Limits reset monthly for subscriptions; the trial is a one-off payment for seven days. We may change plans and prices for new purchases at any time; a change to an existing subscription takes effect at your next renewal and we will tell you first.
A failed generation is refunded to your allowance automatically. We do not otherwise refund a month once it has started, and the trial is non-refundable.
What you may do
Use the app to research businesses, generate sites and pitches, and sell your services to those businesses. You may present a generated site as your own work to the business it was built for and charge whatever you like for it. Once a business becomes your client, the site is yours and theirs to keep.
What you may not do
Send messages that the law where the recipient is does not allow. The app only uses contact details a business publishes and shows you every message before you send it; whether you may send it is your decision and your responsibility.
Publish a generated site as the business's live site without its agreement, or represent yourself as the business.
Resell access to the app, share one account between businesses, or work around the plan limits. We may suspend an account that does.
Generated content
Sites and pitches are generated from public information about a business and may contain mistakes. You must review everything before you send it. Photographs come from the business's own public listing and reviews, and from Pexels under its licence; the business's logo and name remain its own.
Availability and liability
SitesGen is provided as is. We rely on third-party services and models and cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that every scan finds something. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings; it runs to the end of the period you paid for. We can end the agreement if you break these terms. Either way, you can ask for your data to be deleted as described in the privacy notice.
